Privacy Policy

Overview

Lead Grabber [V Soft Link] is a Chrome extension that captures contact information from VanillaSoft and sends it to PitchPrfct. This policy explains what data we access, how it is used, and how it is stored.

Data We Access

The extension reads the following information from the active VanillaSoft tab when you click Send:

• Contact name (first and last)
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Zip code

This data is read solely for the purpose of creating a contact record in PitchPrfct.

Data We Store Locally

The following information is stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your device:

• Your PitchPrfct API token (used to authenticate API requests)
• Your selected workflow and tag preferences
• Your send count (used for theme unlocking)
• Your selected theme

This data never leaves your device except to communicate directly with PitchPrfct's API.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any data to third-party servers
• We do not track usage analytics
• We do not share any data with advertisers or third parties
• We do not store contact data after it has been sent to PitchPrfct

Third-Party Services

Contact data entered via this extension is transmitted directly to PitchPrfct (app.pitchprfct.com) using the user's own API key. Please refer to PitchPrfct's privacy policy for how they handle your data.

Permissions

The extension uses the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab — to read contact data from the active VanillaSoft page
• storage — to save your API token and preferences locally
• tabs — to communicate with the VanillaSoft tab
• host permissions (app.pitchprfct.com) — to send contact data to PitchPrfct's API
